Who We Are

Affiliate Insiders LLC (“Affiliate Insiders,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a Wyoming limited liability company at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through affiliateinsiders.co and any related pages, our email newsletter, our SMS alert program, and our community channels (together, the “Service”), how we use it, who we share it with, and what choices you have.

By using the Service, you agree to this Policy and to our Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Information We Collect

Information You Give Us

  • Email address — when you subscribe to the newsletter.
  • Mobile phone number — when you opt in to SMS alerts.
  • Name and any other details you choose to include when you reply to us, fill out a form, or contact support.
  • Community profile information — if you join our Telegram channel, the username and profile details that platform makes visible.

Information Collected Automatically

  • Device and browser data — IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, screen size, and language.
  • Usage data — pages viewed, time on page, referring URL, links and buttons clicked, and the date and time of your visit.
  • Email engagement — whether you opened a message and which links you clicked, measured with tracking pixels.
  • Approximate location — city or region level, derived from your IP address. We do not collect precise GPS location.
  • Campaign parameters — UTM tags, click IDs, and similar identifiers that tell us which ad or link brought you here.

Information From Third Parties

  • Advertising platforms and affiliate networks, which may tell us that a click or conversion came from you.
  • Our email, SMS, CRM, and analytics providers, which report deliverability and engagement back to us.
  • Publicly available sources and business data providers.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information such as government ID numbers, financial account numbers, health data, biometric data, precise geolocation, or information about race, religion, or sexual orientation. Please do not send us any of it.

How We Collect It

We collect information directly from you when you submit a form, reply to an email, or contact us; automatically through cookies, pixels, SDKs, and server logs as you use the Service; and from the third-party partners described above.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Send you the newsletter, offer alerts, invitations, and other messages you signed up for.
  • Send SMS alerts if you opted in, and honor STOP and HELP requests.
  • Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Service.
  • Personalize the content and offers we show you.
  • Measure how our content and campaigns perform, and attribute conversions to the right source.
  • Market our own and third-party products, including affiliate offers for which we are paid.
  • Build audiences for advertising, including lookalike and retargeting audiences on ad platforms.
  • Respond to your questions and provide support.
  • Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our rights.

Where the law requires a legal basis, we rely on your consent (for marketing email and SMS), our legitimate interests (for analytics, security, and improving the Service), and compliance with legal obligations.

SMS Consent & Phone Numbers

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or your SMS opt-in consent with any third party for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Your phone number and SMS consent are used only to deliver the Affiliate Insiders messages you asked for. We share them only with the service providers that send the messages on our behalf — our SMS platform and our CRM — and those providers are contractually restricted to using the information solely to provide that service to us. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or lead-generation purposes.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by emailing us at the address in Section 21. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. The SMS program is available in the United States and Canada only.

Opting out of SMS does not unsubscribe you from email, and unsubscribing from email does not opt you out of SMS. Each is managed separately.

Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We and our partners use cookies, web beacons, tracking pixels, local storage, and similar technologies to run the Service, remember your preferences, measure performance, and deliver and measure advertising.

  • Strictly necessary — required for the site to load and for forms to work.
  • Analytics — tell us how people find and use the Service so we can improve it.
  • Advertising — let us and our ad partners show you relevant ads on other sites and platforms, and measure whether they worked.

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. If you block them, parts of the Service may not work correctly. You can also opt out of interest-based advertising through the industry tools at optout.aboutads.info and optout.networkadvertising.org.

Advertising & Analytics Partners

We advertise on and measure results through third-party platforms, which may include Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google, TikTok, YouTube, and similar networks, as well as analytics providers. These partners may set their own cookies and receive information about your visit, including your IP address, the pages you viewed, and whether you took an action such as subscribing.

We may also share a hashed version of your email address with an ad platform so it can match you to an existing account and build advertising audiences. Hashing is a one-way transformation; the platform uses it for matching, not to learn your address from us.

Each of these platforms processes data under its own privacy policy, which we do not control. Review their policies and use their ad settings to manage what they collect.

We are not associated with Facebook or Meta. Once you leave their site, they are no longer responsible for your experience.

How We Share Information

We share personal information only as described here:

  • Service providers. Email platform, SMS platform, CRM, hosting, analytics, and support tools that process data on our behalf under contract, and only to provide services to us.
  • Advertising partners. As described in Section 7, for audience building and conversion measurement — never your phone number or SMS consent.
  • Affiliate networks and advertisers. When you click an affiliate link, the destination and its network receive standard click data, such as your IP address, browser, and the click identifier. We do not hand them your email or phone number.
  • Legal and safety. When we believe disclosure is required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or is reasonably necessary to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our users or the public.
  • Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, in which case the successor will be bound by this Policy or will give you notice of any change.
  • With your direction. Any other sharing you specifically ask for or agree to.

Sale Or Sharing Of Personal Information

We do not sell your personal information for money.

Some privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended, define “sale” and “sharing” broadly enough to cover the use of advertising cookies and pixels for cross-context behavioral advertising. To the extent our advertising partners' technologies are treated as a sale or sharing under those laws, you may opt out by emailing us at the address in Section 21 with the subject line “Do Not Sell Or Share My Personal Information,” or by using the browser and industry opt-out tools in Section 6.

We never sell or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent under any definition.

Data Retention

We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this Policy — generally for as long as you remain subscribed, and afterward only as long as needed to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and enforce our agreements.

When you unsubscribe or opt out, we retain a minimal suppression record — typically a hashed or plain identifier — so we do not contact you again by mistake. Analytics and log data are generally retained in aggregated or de-identified form.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and reputable vendors.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your own devices and accounts secure. If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and the authorities as required by law.

Your Choices

  • Email. Click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any message, or email us. We process opt-outs promptly.
  • SMS. Reply STOP to any text. You will receive one confirmation and then no further messages.
  • Cookies and ads. Use your browser settings or the industry opt-out tools in Section 6.
  • Community. Leave our Telegram channel at any time.
  • Access, correction, or deletion. Email us at the address in Section 21 and we will honor your request as described below.

California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, the CCPA as amended by the CPRA gives you the right to:

  • Know what personal information we collect, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of third parties we disclose it to.
  • Access a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Delete your personal information, subject to legal exceptions.
  • Correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising (see Section 9).
  • Limit the use of sensitive personal information — we do not collect any, so there is nothing to limit.
  • Non-discrimination. We will not deny you service, charge you a different price, or give you a lower quality of service for exercising these rights.

In the past twelve months we have collected the following categories: identifiers (email address, phone number, IP address, online identifiers), internet or network activity (browsing and engagement data), approximate geolocation, and commercial information (subscription and click history). We collect these for the purposes in Section 4 and disclose them to the categories of recipients in Section 8.

To exercise a right, email us at the address in Section 21. We will verify your request by matching the email address or phone number you contact us from against our records, and we will respond within 45 days, with one 45-day extension if needed. You may use an authorized agent with written permission.

Canadian Privacy Rights

If you are in Canada, we handle personal information in line with PIPEDA and applicable provincial privacy laws. You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and withdraw your consent to marketing at any time.

Under Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation, we send commercial email and text messages only with your express consent, we identify ourselves in every message, and we give you a working unsubscribe mechanism that we honor within ten business days. To withdraw consent, unsubscribe from any email, reply STOP to any text, or email us at the address in Section 21.

EEA & UK Privacy Rights

Our Service is directed to the United States and Canada, and our SMS program is not available elsewhere. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you may still have rights under the GDPR or UK GDPR to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our processing of your personal information, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing already carried out.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at the address in Section 21. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

Do Not Track

Browsers offer a “Do Not Track” setting, but there is still no common industry standard for how to respond to it, so we do not currently act on DNT signals. To opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, use the methods described in Section 9.

Third-Party Sites & Offers

The Service links to third-party websites, affiliate offers, networks, tools, and platforms that we do not own or control. This Policy does not apply to them.

Once you click through, the third party's privacy policy governs what they collect and how they use it. We are not responsible for their practices. Read their policies before giving them your information.

International Transfers

We operate in the United States, and our service providers are located primarily in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country. By using the Service, you consent to that transfer.

Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for adults working in or exploring affiliate and performance marketing. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

If you believe a child has given us personal information, email us at the address in Section 21 and we will delete it promptly.

Changes To This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page, and if the changes are material we will make a reasonable effort to notify you by email or by a notice on the Service.

Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect means you accept the revised Policy.
